- •"Product" — replica / inspired-by fashion items sold on the platform
2 Nature of Products (IMPORTANT)
Products sold are REPLICAS or INSPIRED-BY items. The Company is NOT affiliated with any official brands. User understands that replicas may differ from original branded products.
3 Product Description & Photos

- •Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings
- •The Company does not guarantee an identical look to the reference image
- •Minor deviations do NOT constitute grounds for a refund
4 Payment

5 Shipping & Delivery
- •Shipping is FREE for all items
- •Delivery time: 14–30 days
- •External delays, including customs, are outside our control
POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: User understands that customs fees and VAT may apply depending on delivery inspection. These fees are NOT included and must be paid by the User.
6 Returns & Refunds
- •Return period: 14 days from receipt
- •Product NOT worn or used
- •Original packaging preserved
- •Order number provided
- •Customer pays for return shipping
- •Exchanges are NOT provided
NO RETURNS accepted if: Product was worn (even once), shows signs of use, or packaging is damaged.
7 User Responsibilities
- •Provide correct information
- •Not engage in fraud or harmful activity
- •Not attempt to bypass website security
- •Not misuse payment systems
- •Not perform "chargeback fraud"
8 Limitation of Liability
The Company is NOT responsible for:
- •Delays caused by delivery services
- •Customs delays or rejection
- •Additional taxes, VAT, or import fees
- •Color variations on-screen vs real product
- •Mistakes made by the customer when entering their address
- •Issues caused by third-party service providers
9 Intellectual Property
All photos, designs, texts, UI, and logos belong to Vanture Store. Copying, screenshotting, or reusing materials is strictly prohibited.
10 Termination of Access
The Company may: Cancel orders, Block users, Restrict access if a user violates any section of these Terms.
11 Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use the site, the User accepts all updates immediately.
12 Jurisdiction
All disputes are governed under the laws of the State of Israel.
